RoboTrusted is the industry platform for home robots, built on a global database of the robots that now mow lawns and clean pools in homes around the world, and of the brands that make them.
Why RoboTrusted exists
Home robots are going through their biggest change in a generation. Robot mowers are leaving the boundary wire behind for satellite positioning, LiDAR and AI vision; pool robots have cut the cord. New brands launch every season, the same robot carries different names and prices from one country to the next, and specifications are stated in acres in one store and square metres in another. Choosing well has never been harder.
RoboTrusted brings it together in one place. Every product page shows what the robot is, what it is rated for, how it finds its way, every model in its range and its official price in each country. The aim is simple: anyone buying, selling or distributing a home robot should be able to decide on facts.
Built on close knowledge of the industry
RoboTrusted follows the home robot industry as a whole: the established garden and pool equipment makers, the new robotics companies that are reshaping both categories, the navigation and sensor technologies they build on, and the retailers and distributors who bring their robots to homes. That understanding shapes what we cover, how we compare robots and what we consider reliable.
The database is tracked and maintained continuously. Ranges, models and prices are kept current market by market as brands launch, update and retire their robots, and safety recalls are recorded as they are announced.
Our standards
- Genuine products from established brands. RoboTrusted lists robots that their brands sell through official channels, and leaves out accessories, refurbished units and bundles.
- Comparable specifications. Lawn and pool sizes, slopes, runtimes and weights are given in the same units for every brand, metric with imperial alongside, so robots can be compared directly.
- Official prices. Prices are the brands' own prices in each country, in local currency.
- Safety first. Recalls announced by brands and safety authorities are shown on the brand's page.
- Independence. Suppliers cannot pay to change facts or rankings. A supplier profile adds information about the company; it never changes the order or the content of comparisons.
