Which lawns the Segway Navimow X4 suits
The Segway Navimow X4 is rated for lawns from 2,000 m² (0.49 acre) up to 5,000 m² (1.2 acres), depending on the model: a large garden. It climbs slopes of up to 84% (40°), enough for steep banks and hillside gardens, helped by all-wheel drive.
It finds its way with RTK and AI vision. RTK satellite positioning places the mower to within a few centimetres, so it mows in straight, even lines without a boundary wire; it needs a view of the open sky, and dense trees or tall buildings can weaken the signal. AI vision cameras recognise lawn edges, people, pets and objects in its path, so it can steer around them. It needs no boundary wire: the lawn's edges are drawn in the app.
In the United States the Segway Navimow X4 range starts at $2,499; larger models cost more.
